Return & Refund Policy

All orders placed at Mojo Fragrances are made to order. Due to the custom and personal nature of fragrance decants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

No Returns or Exchanges Because each decant is prepared specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect fragrance selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mojofragrances@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right by offering a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately upon purchase.
